Yes, I put 2 pillows in between my legs so my cast is resting on the top of the pillows, this way my leg is higher than hers so she can’t hit into my leg. I only have a half cast so it’s soft at the front and hard at the back.

If you’re circumcised you could try using a retaining and wearing your skin over the glans 24/7 so your mucosa could get more sensitive and ticklish.

What is a retaining? Can you clarify this sentence?

Retaining is using your own surviving skin like a foreskin to cover and protect your glans. Without inducing a lot of tension, most cut guys can manually force their skin over the glans while flaccid and then use an o-ring, tape ring, cross tape, or the cone I sell, to keep that skin over the glans 24/7. It should result in noticably more suppleness and shininess of the glans and adjacent mucosa within a few weeks. Some guys get so sensitive they don’t want to leave the house without the retainer, but if you stop wearing it, your state will revert.

If you sleep with a retainer on then the nocturnal erections will either give your skin a good stretch, force the retainer off, render the retainer imbalanced and uncomfortable (enough to wake you), or - with a very VERY slight probability - impede your erection and cause something bad to happen like a rupture of your corpus cavernosa, so you should test any sleep technique while awake and erect first.

I haven’t read through all the posts in here, but I just read the first few, and I feel that this whole “can’t cum” situation is definitely a psychological one.

NLPer- I think so too..

Well, I don’t know sex with a condom feels like, I’ve never used one >.<

Skyns are my favorite condom, sometimes hard to find, but worth it. Put a small amount of lube on _just_ the head of your penis before you put a condom on, helps with sensation - but do not place it anywhere else as it could cause the condom to slip off.
