I am so glad I came across this thread, I have been suffering from PE from last few years and have similar problems as you guys. My PC muscle clenches/spasms whenever I get aroused to the point that if a girl holds my penis to put it in her V, I ejaculate right away. I can feel the extreme blood flow to my penis with my ass and PC muscles clenching up. When I read about kegels, I knew it would make my PE worse because my PC muscles are already clenched up. Therefore I understood that reverse kegels would work for me.
After reading all of your success in controlling ejaculation I am more motivated to try it out and Finally solve this issue so I can enjoy my sex life and can also satisfy my gf.
My question is how do I start reverse kegel? I read the thread which explains how to do it but I am not sure if I am doing it correctly. From now on when I go pee I force it out without stopping and starting the stream. I am planning to do 10 reverse kegels while showering and 10 when I go to sleep. I didn’t understand Rahman’s plan on doing reverse kegels.
What does it mean to do 10-20 revers kegels and hold? Do you hold it each time you do it or hold after doing it 10 times? Can someone please clearly explain their routine in details? Thanks.
