Curing My Premature Ejaculation With Reverse Kegels

I am so glad I came across this thread, I have been suffering from PE from last few years and have similar problems as you guys. My PC muscle clenches/spasms whenever I get aroused to the point that if a girl holds my penis to put it in her V, I ejaculate right away. I can feel the extreme blood flow to my penis with my ass and PC muscles clenching up. When I read about kegels, I knew it would make my PE worse because my PC muscles are already clenched up. Therefore I understood that reverse kegels would work for me.

After reading all of your success in controlling ejaculation I am more motivated to try it out and Finally solve this issue so I can enjoy my sex life and can also satisfy my gf.

My question is how do I start reverse kegel? I read the thread which explains how to do it but I am not sure if I am doing it correctly. From now on when I go pee I force it out without stopping and starting the stream. I am planning to do 10 reverse kegels while showering and 10 when I go to sleep. I didn’t understand Rahman’s plan on doing reverse kegels.

What does it mean to do 10-20 revers kegels and hold? Do you hold it each time you do it or hold after doing it 10 times? Can someone please clearly explain their routine in details? Thanks.

Excellent thread! Thank you so much for sharing! I wish my NHS doctor recommended this exercise instead of Priligy several years ago. I noticed improvement in my performance time when I started practicing RK.

I’ve started doing reverse kegels the last three days and on the first day I couldn’t discern which muscle to focus on, now I think I figured it out. Yes its like the sensation of pushing a hard poo but not so much and once you do that, try to move that tension and push towards your penis like forcing a piss. Once you get that you’ll know the feeling because you can literally feel the muscle at the base of your penis to the tip all reacting. It feels pretty good actually and I’ve noticed I can actually get hard by doing this as well. Thanks foe this tip, I’m excited to see how this helps me.

I need this to work! Doing normal Kegels is kinda easy, I used the pee and stop method to figure it out.
The reverse kegel is hard, I don’t know if I am doing it right.
First I can only do it if I hold my breath and try like to push the perineum? My lower abs hurt.
I don’t know with you guys but if I am not completely empty, even some pee will go out.

If I do this way, when I masturbate I can even eject some pre cum.

Does only doing RK affect your kegel muscle in any way? Would it be a good idea to do both as the op suggested or does it not matter at all?

I was just thinking if you’re hitting PC as well when you work out, at least unknowingly like doing squats or lifting.

Alongside this, would anyone also recommend edging WITHOUT ejaculating as well, or is the above routine enough dampen PE?

My experience as well as a number of others on the site has been positive physical and mental benefits from abstaining from ejaculation while edging.
Also for me, it’s fun.

Hanging has somehow really helped me to last wayyy longer. I think hanging and semen retention.

Maybe hanging strengthens some muscle structures.
