I have been masturbating almost 10 years now regularly.

What are all the harm which have been done ?

Can the harm undone ?

Zinc does attribute to a healthy penis, it’s not a bad idea to take some zinc supplements while doing a PE routine. Porn can cause a type of ED from being over sensitized by it meaning it’s harder to get random wood or get it through none physical touch with a partner. This seems to affect people differently.

Helped me a lot. Better erections, more erections, better flaccid hang, and a handful of psychological improvements as well. Including reducing body dismorphia, more interest in sex, general happiness, more energy, no more “cleanup shame” etc

I’d encourage you to read other posts regarding it. There are a few with discussions of people who have quit porn for months and their results. I’ve only quit watching porn myself for 5 days, haven’t noticed too much myself yet but it takes time from what I’ve read and can be dependent on how much and how long you watched it for.

The whole zinc deficiency is due to ejaculating, so if you masturbate followed through with ejaculating multiple times everyday you may be using a lot of zinc. Now you can always eat foods high in zinc or take supplements.

I really think this subject differs from every person. It is mostly a mental issue that can form from it. With some, they may notice increased focus, higher drive and perhaps a more confident mood when they do not ejaculate that often.

Others may experience quite the opposite and feel very edgy, frustrated and a loss of focus or drive.

I think it really depends on the mentality of the individual. One thing I believe is you should at least release every few weeks, in order to maintain a healthy prostate like mentioned above. I do think it has benefits for a male to release, but how often? That is the golden question, and I think it varies from one person to the next.

There is nothing wrong with taking zinc supplements, I think you’d find a lot of people doing PE take them. You can also research foods with lots of zinc and incorporate those into your diet as well.

Too much zinc is not good for your body so you have to watch your intake level.

Take no offence to this but I’m curious as to why you are creating another thread about the same issue that you have previously stated. Your answers seems to be short and it doesn’t look like you are even taking in and applying the advice from a lot of these members.
