It’s been a good year
I stumbled onto Thunders back in the fall of 2016 when I googled how to increase the size of my load and found the holy grail of cum load increase thread. From there I registered and lurked around. Ever the skeptic I didn’t start seriously considering getting into PE for about a year.
In October 2017 I started with the newbie routine with the goal of safely building a bigger functional cock. I don’t really care about flaccid size and I’ve never measured it. Halfway through January of 2018 I got a pump with a gauge and started with the Vacuum Pumping 101 routine. I started slow and gradually increased time and pressure. I had thought I’d measure again after 3 months of pumping but didn’t, then after 6 but didn’t, then I just figured I’d give it a full year. I’ve just been enjoying the process, which for me is a key because I could easily become a slave to the ruler and obsess over minute fluctuations.
It’s been a year and I’ve gained ½ inch in length and ⅛ inch in girth.
Here are some observations and things that have worked for me along the way:
Enjoy the process.
As I said above my goal is a bigger functional cock, which to me means sex comes first. I know some guys will go without cumming but on average I cum around 21 times a month (that’s between masturbation and sex with my girlfriend)
I don’t have a set routine, rather I’ve followed a “listen to your dick” philosophy. Basically I will pump every day if I can as long as I’m still fresh for sex and my dick isn’t tired.
Always use heat. I either wrap the tube in a heating pad or do manuals in a hot shower.
I’ve gotten to a point where I pump for 20 minutes at around 10 Hg, then i’ll stretch and jelq for another 20 minutes or so. I didn’t get to 10 Hg until this fall, it’s been a slow process. I’ve never had red spots or blisters but I do have some discolouration.
PE doesn’t make me happier: being happy makes for better PE.
I told my girlfriend right from the beginning and i’m glad I did. Even though at first she thought I was nuts she was supportive. Her comments were the best Physiologic Indicators I could ever have: “you feel different” to “you’re hitting my spot more often now” to “you’re hitting my spot all the time now!” She’s a great motivator!
PE definitely teaches that patience and long term commitment can lead to great things. Which is a great way to approach many aspects of life.
I don’t really have a size goal in mind. I’ll continue on this path and in a year from now I would be very happy if I gained another ½ length and ⅛ girth.
In the end PE is very much a self trial and error endeavor however thanks to all the guys sharing their experiences, knowledge, triumphs and failures. Also thanks to everyone for the encouragement and positivity.
Cheers.
