LG Extender- The Way Forward Redux
This is going to be my official extender log. As extenders take time and patience and I’ve definitely got the experience to back the credibility of their use this is going to go better than my hanging foray which fell apart over time due to constraints of time and mobility.
Today’s time total is 1 hour.
Warmup is 12 minutes at 12HG in a 2.25” Velseal Cylinder.
NBP Stretched length in device is 8”
BP Stretched length in device is 8.875”
Given the lack of calibration of the springs and how much I turn them I will log time and lengths in device. That is it.

LG Extender- The Way Forward Redux (uncensored)
Session total is 1 hour extending.
I eagerly awaited this device with more than a little trepidation. I wondered just exactly how it’s creation would affect my PE journey. The concept is exactly as I started 10 years prior only more suited to my current dimensions. I had wondered and feared that the device would not be of any use because perhaps I’ve become too tough.
I do not believe this is the case. the device does not use a calibration system that I can utilize to exactly tell how much tension I’m using. That being said I will be investing in a little bit of metal paint and painting the threads so that I know exactly how far up I am dialing the tension. During the session I felt a good stretch much like when I was hanging and I was completely mobile, though nude predictably.
While I still am looking at surgery as a possible alternative the extender will make for a good stop gap measure between now and then if not a good stand-alone measure to perhaps progress forward despite it all.
Pictures of the equipment below and one accessory for my previous extended voyage that will probably be useful in the future. The yellow silicone ring you see is meant to go between the base of the extender and my body to prevent burn and plastic biting into my pubic bone. A fair bit of that went on but that is exactly as the device design dictates. It was not a surprise in the least. The fact that the base fit comfortably was all that mattered.
This will be of use for a long time. I am partial to extenders and prefer them to hanging. The mobility says I can do chores and utilize my time commitment needed at least somewhat. The solid attachment means no need to tiptoe like moving with a noose extender. And if I do a ligament release surgery I am equipped to maximize it perfectly with this.
