Different testicle size

Hello, my left nut is considerably smaller than my right nut. Sometimes I’ve got to go take a piss and I’ll notice one of my nuts is at a weird angle. I’ve heard of nuts being able to twist. Do you think theres a link between the two

As you mature one ball hangs lower than the other. This is normal.

One testicle is smaller than the other, this is normal. Measure each testicle to see. You will find the that the testicle on the dominant hand side is bigger.

One hangs lower to so you can ambulate, if they were both equal you could not walk.

I do believe one is a bit smaller for this reason as well.

I actually have vericose veins in my left nut (which I had surgery to deal with) and I had a hydrocele in my right, so there was some serious size difference.

My left nut is maybe 30-40% smaller in volume (not visible size) from my right nut.
It sucks, but hey, at least I have two nuts.
Also, the cremastic reflex in my right nut is way stronger than my left. So much so that in most positions I have no cremastic reflex in my left testicle.

I’ve always wondered if this decreases my ejaculate volume… it probably does my maybe 2-3% since that’s the amount of sperm produced per nut as a percentage of ejaculate.

Am I wrong in this assumption?

How long ago did you have e the surgery?
