Is there a relationship between the size of the testicles and ejaculation? I’ve heard of people not jacking off for weeks or even months and their balls have apparently grown huge - but I always thought it was just sperm and not semen that was produced by the balls.

This is true. I think the tale of enlarging testicles due to abstinence is a myth.

Don’t know for sure, but continous orgasming without ejaculating (neither inward nor outward ;) ) seemed to make my balls bigger.

Well, there certainly are lots of “stories” implying that big balls mean big loads. Technically, it shouldn’t be a factor.

I don’t believe testicles “grow” or swell appreciably from not cumming. They may feel swollen after a while, but that is what we call “blue balls”.

Well I do not have very big balls, but I sure as hell put out a big load. I just measured they are like a little less than an inch wide and a little less than 2 inches long. I wish they were bigger!
