Discolouration: TimePeel?

Has any one seen or used or heard of this device:

I am wondering if it works on the discolouration caused by PE??

Anything that includes “medical grade crystals” and “natural diamonds” works mostly by use of placebo.

If just scraping of dead skin cells (comparison to cat licking) then using Boraxo Soap will do the trick, or any other industrial grade soap/skin cleaner with sand or whatever in it to scrape of dead skin. Procedure: Apply, scrub till skiny rosy hue appears, wash off.

This is said after only briefly skimming the supplied link, but my immediate reaction is that this is not wrong, just a more expensive way of doing something simple.

For really deep discoloration - probably not useful.
