All people male or female have sebaceous glands in their pores as well as follicles.

I actually think I have an inflamed one right now. It looks like an ingrown hair but it isn’t painful, and it seems to be slowly getting better after leaving my dick alone, except for piss pulls. I was just going light on my PE routine before and it wasn’t getting better, nor worse. So I’m going to lay off PE and wanking for a week, and see what it looks like.
