Very small glands head

Well it’s been only a month and I’ve seen some minor gains, and gotten rid of the turtle factor for the most part. (Which is fantastic because I wasn’t sure I was gonna see any gains or get rid of turteling!). There is one small (pun intended) problem that I have.

The size of my glands is very very small. An example would be, when my penis is erect, and I’m not kegeling (pushing blood into the penis and engorging it) My penis looks like a torpedo.very aerodynamic like a missile.

I’ve noticed that the head doesn’t have the solid Tunica feel to it that the shaft does. When it is large due to high arousal/Jelqing or kegeling it’s about as wide and full as the rest of the girth of my shaft. However If I lose the arousal or even press down on the Glands, the damn thing shrinks back into a point. When flaccid, It is extremely noticeable, and very very small.

Also another thing I notice is that when the Weather is cold, the Glands gets very cold as well, where as the rest of the penis stays warm.

Is there something wrong with the circulation of my penis? I was thinking that the Tunica needs to start growing into the head region.but don’t know if that’s possible.

PS: My penis has been this way before I started PEing, but I was thinking maybe masturbating frequently has caused some kind of damage to it, I’m not sure if it’s always been this way?? ( I have no clue, anyone with a similar problem or answer please respond!)

I’ve never known masturbation to damage the penis, unless you are trying something stupid like having sex round corners!

Dicks come in all shapes and sizes. You are describing what has been called the traffic cone shape. You may always have this basic shape, however PE can alter it somewhat. I’ve completely changed the shape and size of my dick, but this does not happen with every one. Dry jelqs are good for engorging the head with blood. Stick to the Newbie routine for now. Later you might want to look into pumping, sometimes this can even things out a little.. The shape you have now is really good for sex because no matter how big your shaft girth gets, you will have easy entry. Some women and/or men actually prefer the torpedo shape. I do. I’ve developed a slight baseball bat shape, a fat bat, but a bat all the same. For me, size and usability is all that counts, others are more into aesthetics. I only care about BIG; I’m not too concerned with pretty ;)

Stick to the newbie routine for at least 3 months. Then you can do clamping close to the head. It will help but be careful while doing it. To be more safe, clamp with your hand or something which gets of easy like a piece of clothing or like me a network cable.

This isn’t unusual and does not sound like damage. Some guys have a small glans. You are correct that it has no tunica albugenia and there’s not way to put one there.

The glans is mucous membrane, cold and wet is its natural state.

The head or glans is genetically determined; if your dissatisfied go to your father and give him a blast. You can help to enhance this area with targeted jelq activity, it should enlarge proportionately with the rest of your schwanz. It has a disproportionately large amount of nerve endings and is robust and thick skinned because it is the end of your pipe and takes the most abuse. You will have to focus your attack and the results are not predictable but you can get bigger despite this road block.

Isn’t the glans considered very difficult to enlarge? Is there anyone here who has seen significant increases in the size of the glans (relative to the size of the penis overall)?

Hey, I had the same problem. When I jelq, my glans would expand and stay expanded to the size of my shaft. But sometimes it wouldn’t. I’m having trouble also. I think it has to do with the grip.
