Exercises for outstanding sex.
Has this issue been discussed earlier? To be able to perform good, except all this penis enlargement stuff you will definitely have an advantage if you exercise the right muscle groups with static muscle training and others with aerobic strength etc..
I know there are a lot of different positions to perform an intercourse but for example the missionary, you on top I think these exercises would be great:
Static triceps: To be able keeping your body in the air and not smothering her. This is a very important exercise and I have trained it for a week or two and you develop your static strength pretty fast.
Aerobic sit-ups: This is the movement you are banging her with. More endurance will make you able to perform longer. Also doing fast sit-ups develop more explosive muscles. Making them stronger you will be able to success the final part of your intercourse.
Aerobic/static (lower back) Good Morning: Also this is needed to make you able pumping her.
When I talk aerobic I mean you to do many many many repetitions at low intensity. If you don’t really know much about weight lifting try to search around at this forum.
My purpose was to fill this thread with good exercises for different positions, or if you have more to add to what I read above thats just good..
