Frenulum breve

I recommend tying the frenulum

After suffering for years with a tight frenulum, I decided to tie it myself. I am so glad that I did. The process is easy, fairly painless and hassle-free.

Frenulektomie

Die Frenulektomie ist BESONDERS gut für intakte Vorhäute Immobilie Immobilie geeignet. Weil man DURCH diesen Eingriff die Vorhaut wesentlich freier Bewegen can. Das heisst, bei der Masturbation can der volle Hub Ausgenutzt Werden. Auserdern bleibt die Vorhaut available I’m zurückgezogenen Zustand da, wo ich sie have will. Ich habe schon vor Vielen Jahren mein Frenulum Praeputii Selbst Entfernt und bin mit DM Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Ich glaube Deshalb, that ich Jeden unbeschnittenen Masturbanten diesen Eingriff empfehlen can

.

The Frenulektomie is particularly well suited for intact foreskins. Because you can move the foreskin much more freely through this intervention. That is, during masturbation, the full stroke can be exploited. Auserdern remains the foreskin as well as in the retracted state, where I want it. I have removed myself many years ago my frenulum prepuce and am very happy with the result. I believe, therefore, that I can recommend this procedure every uncircumcised Onanisten.

Just wanted to update this thread after 6 years.

Can’t be happier I had the frenulum tying done. I have had no problems, have no visible scar. I experience no tightness or problems with sex.

I took a long, long hiatus from PE because I started actually having sex instead of just obsessing over it, and realized that my size was perfectly adequate.

I recently decided to start doing a little PE more for erectile quality than size gains, but I wouldn’t turn down some newbie gains :) . There is no problem doing PE after having the frenulum tying,

HOWEVER I remember the first few months after it healed, the location of the wound would start hurting and turn bright red after some stretches and helps, so definitely give it half a year to completely heal. That will also give you a good reconditioning break.

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

Any chance of getting some sort of pics/illustrations to show where the best place to pierce is?

Or if I upload pic of my dick can someone point out the best place to pierce it? I’d like to have fully retracting foreskin but don’t want to risk puncturing it needlessly many times, as I’m sure you all understand :D

I would suggest you get it performed by a urologist. There is risk of infection as well as piercing a blood vessel.

Hi richardfitswell, apologies for the bumping of a very old post but I am unfortunately in this situation. Always had a slightly tight frenulum but not enough to worry about or so I thought. Then I tore it during sex and when it healed up it was substantially tighter than before.

Do you happen to know the official name of the procedure you had? Not having much luck googling frenulum tying in my area.

Try penile frenulectomy

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Nah no chance, not having the frenulum removed, it’s just a bit too tight. I’d rather try to stretch it out myself vs surgery.

Also, frenuloplasty and z-plasty (if I remember correctly). That’s a surgical revision and what my urologist originally planned. I brought up the frenulum tying to him and although he hadn’t heard of it, it made logical sense to him so he was willing to try it. I wanted to avoid scalpels on my dick…

While I’m happy with it, maybe the frenuloplasty would have preserved a little more sensation in the frenulum but who knows…
Now the sensitive part of my frenulum is about an inch lower down my shaft and the underside of my glans where the frenulum was severed is essentially numb/has very little sensation.

Problem is none of the surgeons around here do the pull and burn technique, all are scalpel procedures. That’s a hard no for me, prefer to put up with it how it is rather than risk all the rare yet possible outcomes from surgery.

Fair enough, they hadn’t heard of it. I’ll find a uro I’m comfortable with and suggest the procedure. Much appreciated.

If you’re feeling a little adventurous, you can try using a plasma pen like I used to burn my PPP off (made a thread about that too) and do it yourself at home. They’re dirt cheap on Amazon.
This way you could do it in small increments if you wanted and only cut as far as you need instead of all the way in one go.
Please note that I don’t necessarily advise this course before exhausting the urologist option.

Thanks I will check out that thread also, much appreciated.

There are two main veins from that area, I notice in the first tying off one of them was tied off, in the second was the other one? Did this have any impact on glans expansion, ie more expansion afterwards?

I don’t remember specific big blood vessels, but I did bruise very easily when I attempted PE even months after, so I assume multiple blood vessels were severed.

I did not notice any difference in glans expansion either way passively, although because the frenulum is no longer pulling the tip of my glans down when my foreskin is fully retracted, in practice (when receiving oral or having intercourse), I feel like my glans is able to say more inflated because it is unrestricted if that makes sense.
