Gentle Pulsating Pumping Throbbing Sensations (in the balls)

I’m shocked Google turns up nothing for this, only people terrified of cancer or PE damage, but I’ve been noticing more pulsations in my balls since I’ve been on a good PE routine, and I don’t mean pain whatsoever. It’s like my balls are pumping out more semen or something, and though it could be a mind trick, it seems to reflect when my libido is getting better and semen production is elevated. Does anyone feel these faint sensations and/or know if my suspicions are realistic?
