@Titan: well no, I don’t keep my foreskin retracted at all. I don’t think the Dr ever mentioned I had to. I only retract when I’m washing it and when I put anti biotic on it. Well when I first let the foreskin roll back in place, it felt a bit weird because of the stitches, a little small tiny sharp pain that only lasted like a second. Thats about it.

I am going to operation room too.
I decided to do the surgery after occur a big rupture on the Frenulum when I was desensitizing the head of my penis.
Got some blood but is sealed after 1 minute in the bathroom, after doing the medicare.
The surgery is tomorrow and I’m little worried about the procedure.
I will going to post some pre/after surgery pics.

To rudie86 and others who have had a frenuloplasty. When did you restart PEing afterwards?

Rudie When did you restart the exercises?
When it is possible do PE and vaccum exercises again. How many days after the surgery I have to wait?
One more thing. I am having pain during the nights because of the bandage, if I got an erection it hurts. This is normal?

A frenectomy and frenuloplasty are a bit different.

Hi Rudie, micc, and any other that had this done. I had it done a week ago, but to me it seems to not have elongated the frenulum enough.. I wonder if the surgeon tied it up to not be able to stretch until healed for a while. Was it similar for you the first week?

Would any of you be willing to share a photo fully healed? I would appreciate very much. I am worried what the scar will look like.

Did your sex improve in any way after?
