A cock ring will definitely give you some extra. Wont help with length, at least it does not for me. But it adds about a 1/4” to your shaft, and a good solid 1/2” to my head. Which for me is just great because I need a bigger head.

They also make the erection feel more natural, rather than the almost mechanical feel that a tight cock ring round the base provides.

From what I know of women, you’ll get a better response if you were to wear a nice decorated metal jewelry looking one than something cheap. I’d avoid the neon yellow rubber ones.

The only difference between cock-only and cock and balls type rings is the size of the ring.
