Went from 4.5 to 5 and it’s a big difference. I’m inconsistent so some days I’m 4.8 and others up to 5.1. And she can tell the difference. Makes her puffy red and sore at 5.1.
I think a sustainable 5.1-5.25 would be the ideal. Atleast for my wife.
