When you have spent yourself your erections will be weaker.

Guys are saying they noticed far more vascularity and hardness with the addition of cardio. I’d say 3 sessions of 30 minutes per week would be good enough to check this out.

But yes a severly heavy squat or deadlift will stress the entire body and cock turtles a bit you know under stress. You see it on yourself.

When you have relaxed and recuperated it will come back strong and long.

Yesterday i went beast mode with my legs, i did notice a more flaccid state at night but i was unable to do pumping PE i was so tired fell asleep after stretching. Now I’m thinking it might be better to do PE several hours before training, unless you train early

I never really got a good night’s sleep on days where I lifted heavy in the 5-6 rep range either and I only used to lift heavy on bench and squat on different days. Now I sleep like a baby since going 10-12 reps. I was far from overtraining when on leg days to experiment the only 2 exercises I did was 3 sets of squats and calf raises. Heavy lifting is just not for everybody I guess.

Lol it would seem that your body reacts uniquely to heavy weight. I however had an normal response today where in which I dislocated my shoulder lawl.

After paying attention to my dick this past week i came to the conclusion that after Heavy Lifts i end up with 0% interest in PE which resulted in very inconsistent PE Routines.

Now I’ve changed my PE to the afternoons just before going to the gym, Which resulted better than expected. I Used to think that my dick will shrink and loose the after PE look but it didn’t shrink that much just a little, in fact i can tell that during training it shrank way less than when i used to PE after gym and also when lifting i noticed a bit more vigor and inner strength. Also got more looks by the girls especially in leg day.

So I invite you guys to hit the gym after your PE session and check out how it turns out. It turned out great to me!!
