I’m not to that point quite yet.

Although, it has been over a month since coming off of TRT. I used some amount of HCG regularly while on TRT (per the clinic’s protocol), and thought that using HCG to supplement the step down would help. Not so much. Anxiety has been through the roof. Mild depression. NO sex drive. None. No morning wood. Getting an erection is difficult. I tire more easily.

Basically, this has been worst case scenario. I’m going give it 1-2 more months and if things do not improve I may have to suck it up and make the drive to where the clinic relocated. I was hoping to avoid that, but if I continue to feel the way I do, it is not worth it.

Start: BPEL: 5.25" EG: ~4.5"

Current: BPEL: ~ 6.75" MSEG: ~4.75" BG: 4.825" BPFSL: 7"

Initial Goal: NBPEL: 7" EG: 5" Long Term Goal: 7.5" x 5.25-5.50"

Honestly it could take several months, possibly longer before you see any improvements, especially the libido and ED part. That is if you’re even able to fully recover back to your baseline.

Also coming off TRT with HCG alone is not enough. You would need Clomid and/or Nolvadex to help restart your HPTA. If you have a LabCorp or anything close to you, I’d highly recommend getting private tests to see how/if you’re recovering.

I wish you the best.

5/14 - 5.5"BPEL, 4.5"MEG

Current - 7.5"BPEL, 5.25"MEG

I ended up restarting treatments completely. The anxiety, the lack of energy, no sex drive, none of that was worth it. Learning that there was not a good protocol for me coming off with this either was the deciding factor.

I will say it is nice to have a sex drive again and actually get erections just thinking about my wife. I missed that over the last 6-8 weeks or so.

One thing that no one mentioned is some people can have perfect estrogen but get all the side effects of high estrogen because their prolactin level is out of whack. I had this happened to One thing that no one mentioned is some people can have perfect estrogen but get all the side effects of high estrogen because their prolactin level is out of whack. I had this happened to me in the first few months of TRT. Now I take Cabergoline and it fixes everything in a day.

I had a test level of 600 - 1000 and 1200 and still felt like shit because the prolactin crept up so high. One pill of Caber and I felt incredible and became a sex maniac.

Started 5.5 x 4.2 Feb 2015

Current 7.25 x 5.5 - 6.25 Base girth?

Goal 7.75 x 5.75?

Sorry for the typo

Sorry you’ve had so many problems but I have a similar story that may help.

About 7 years ago I was experiencing massive exhaustion. After about 4 years of blood tests and lots of dead ends I now know I’m low vitamin D and low Testosterone.

Personally, I think you’re low in something additional to the testosterone. Your doctor needs to do a full blood panel. Check everything. Exhaustion has many causes: vitamin d, thyroid, parathyroid, Addiason’s disease, and the list goes on.

In my case it took several years looking at everything in the above list until finally my testosterone level in a blood test showed low. (We found the low D earlier but my symptoms persisted. Low T was the primary cause of my exhaustion.) So you may actually *be low* in something and feel the symptoms but your blood test *won’t show low* until it actually falls below a certain range. (Look for those in your blood tests for clues!)

I am so thankful I had lots and lots of blood work done because that data was crucial in diagnosing my low T.

So go to a regular doctor. Tell him/her your history, ask for a full blood panel, and be prepared to invest years to find out what’s wrong.

But there is something wrong and it’s worth the time it may take to find out. Keep chasing your health until you find it.

Is the Cabergoline prescription or over the counter?

Another thing to mention is that I’m on Sustanon 250 (mixed esters), and despite injectiong E3.5D, I have good days and really bad days. I’m hoping to go onto a single ester (like Enanthate), and inject Sub Q.

So it might be worth looking into that.
