My workout recovery time had diminished to the point where 3 sets of heavy squats would leave me sore for days. The change was so gradual though until I thought about it and it hit me how much faster I was recovering and could even add volume.
Ed726 it may or may not work for him but one thing is for sure guys jump on trt way too fast without actually trying to figure out what the root cause is. He is way too young to even consider it without exploring the possibilities and since vitamin deficiency(especially zinc) is so common among lifters it would be a smart choice. Look it up for yourself. Most doctors won’t even spend the time of day trying to figure things out naturally medicine and shots will be the first choice for them.
