You need to have the physical stamina to do sustained activity for a long time, but it can be developed.
There are a number of things that can help you physically. Breath control is one. Breathe deeply and steadily like during meditation. Uncontrolled breathing will make you cum quicker.
Kegels is another. When you practice kegels don’t clamp for all you are worth for short duration. That is how women should do kegels. Women and men need to get different things out of kegels. Hold the kegel like you hold your piss. In fact that’s one way to practice kegels. Hold your urine for long periods. If you hold it that way, it will be a steady medium strength clamp. Real hard clamps take a lot of concentration. Concentrating on orgasm (even the avoidance of it) will make you cum. Real hard clamps also cause muscle fatigue and are hard to maintain for any time. If you kegel with the “urine holding pressure” you can clamp the muscle and forget about it. Also, sudden hard kegels are a part of the orgasmic process. If you don’t want to cum , it makes little sense to do something which is part of orgasm.
One other element is building sexual tension. Long foreplay is great. I always make my chicks cum numerous times with fingers and mouth before intercourse. That gets them rolling and sets up for multiple orgasms during sex. But it has a great side effect for you.
