I wonder.. Does circumcision increase the chances of venous leakage? How many cut men experience venous leakage compared to uncut ones?

It shouldn’t. Otherwise megamillions of us cut guys would also have venous leakage.

Well, I’m back, Thanks a lot guys :)

I had 2 leaks, both of them were closed by coils, the whole procedure wasn’t under any kind of anesthetization, I could see the all thing on the sonar screen and I could see what the surgeon is doing, I had an erection during the procedure from PGE-1.

He was able to close the 2 leaks without closing the dorasel vein completely, and I think that the fact that he didn’t close the dorasel vein will not solve my glans problem and there is still a leak, he says that I have some micro leaks that for now he can’t do anything in order to close them.

I have a feeling that I’m going to go through this all procedure again, I got a semi erection after the procedure and my glans didn’t swell, the doctor says that in a semi erection the glans aren’t suppose to swell, but when I used my finger to trap the blood it did swell, I have a big swelling on my shaft, it should be fine in a week or so, I know that I’ll get an erection in a few hours from now and test the result, for now, I’m really unsatisfied, I think that the doctor should have closed the entire vein, but he said that it’s an important vein and that we can’t shut it, he did close two intersections that related to that vein, he used the vein to get there and closed 2 leaks, one is in the same spot that Yataghan50 had, I have a disc with the pictures inside my veins and the sonar so I’ll upload them and let you see :)

I’ll update you, for now, I’m waiting for my first erection, I tried getting one in the hospital but it was maybe a 35% one.

OS_Q- first of all, congratulations on coming through your surgery without complications. That is, of course, the most important thing. My question is this: What exactly started the problem for you? Did it begin long before you starting PEing, or was it as a direct result of the exercises you did that you developed this (now solved) problem?

Mgus, from what I understood of Yataghan50’s procedure, he had this same vein shut down and his problem was solved, my doctors tried to be sophisticated and to overcome the need to shut the vein, so they shut 2 vein intersections that were attached the the dorasel vein (this is where I had the leaks, they discovered another one today, they thought that I only have one but in the end there were two, who knows, maybe I have another one that they need to close)

Quetzalcoatl, I had the venous leak for a long time, I can remember it at least from when I was 12-13, but I’m afraid to PE now, it’s very gentle and I have some micro leaks that I don’t want to develop more.

When getting a semi erection, does your glans swell? I’m talking about swelling and staying like that, not just swell and then getting back to normal.

We’re definately waiting to hear the report after everything is healed.

Ideally, we’d all like to hear that you have a more full glans, and more expansion overall on average as a result of closing down the leaks.

I get no glans expansion in a semi-erection, and only inconsistent expansion with full erections. And yes, if I artificially trap blood by pressing around with my finger, or wearing a cock ring, I can get more glans expansion, but this does not mean that such expansion is “normal,” any more than my mega-erection with a clamp on is “normal” and should be expected.

As I’ve said in other threads, many guys in porn have awful glans expansion, even when they have otherwise solid erections. If even a good number of the guys represented in porn have this “problem,” do you really think it’s so unusual?

Anyway, I’m glad the surgery seems to have gone safely, and I do hope it brings you slightly better glans expansion. :) I’d love to have better glans expansion myself — I’m just trying to convince you that your penis is quite normal as is!
