I stopped Kegels for no reason at all, I know that HINK is a major anti-kegel guy as well so I unintentionally in my mind said, why not give it a break. They are so boring too!

Well, I just can’t be the multi-orgasmic man god made me to be. I just can’t hold ejaculation like last year when I did Kegels consistently. I don’t feel like I’m in control of my own dick without doing them. After stopping, it almost felt like I wasn’t communicating with my dick like I use to.

So there you have it, in my opinion. Keep on those Kegels.

No idea who Hink is but isn’t the risk with Kegels that you get a tight pelvic floor?

So if you’re not doing any pelvic floor work and already have issues there, kegels will make the situation worse?

You need to maintain muscle balance by doing kegels and reverse kegels.

Within the last year, I started a clamping routine where I provided constant stimulation throughout the routine, and also held a kegel the entire time I was clamped.

After doing this a while, I realized I could not bring myself to orgasm with stimulation alone. No matter how much stimulation, I had to hold a hard kegel in order to ejaculate. And it never really felt like a mind blowing orgasm, more just my body working the muscles required to ejaculate. And edging is no longer really possible.

This is the result of either too much kegelling, over stimulation, buildup of rough skin from the stimulation, or desensitization from a combination of this and some other fully erect exercises I was doing.

I haven’t PE’d in about six months and my skin is soft again. I never really felt that I was desensitized, and I have had excellent EQ, and it is still nearly impossible to get to orgasm with stimulation alone. So my assumption is this is the result of too much kegelling, since I noticed this problem a few months after starting this routine.

I originally thought this was a desensitization issue, but I had crazy good EQ during this routine and about 1.5 months after stopping PE.

Others are welcome to comment on what they think this issue is, but I think it is from holding such long sustained kegels with stimulation. And I am not liking it at all. So be careful.

@ A D , you don’t think that clamping had something to do with this and it was more about clamping than Kegels? Full disclosure, I’m an anti clamping person. I push for water pumping over clamping. But thank you for the feedback, YES! I do agree that over Kegeling can be counter productive but I would think it would only happen if we are talking about more than 1 hour a day (not backed by science, just a guess). I’m lucky if I get 15 min a day.

Could be, I’m not for sure what caused this. But I did clamp for some time (maybe a year) prior to adding the constant kegels, and didn’t notice this issue then.
