Within the last year, I started a clamping routine where I provided constant stimulation throughout the routine, and also held a kegel the entire time I was clamped.
After doing this a while, I realized I could not bring myself to orgasm with stimulation alone. No matter how much stimulation, I had to hold a hard kegel in order to ejaculate. And it never really felt like a mind blowing orgasm, more just my body working the muscles required to ejaculate. And edging is no longer really possible.
This is the result of either too much kegelling, over stimulation, buildup of rough skin from the stimulation, or desensitization from a combination of this and some other fully erect exercises I was doing.
I haven’t PE’d in about six months and my skin is soft again. I never really felt that I was desensitized, and I have had excellent EQ, and it is still nearly impossible to get to orgasm with stimulation alone. So my assumption is this is the result of too much kegelling, since I noticed this problem a few months after starting this routine.
I originally thought this was a desensitization issue, but I had crazy good EQ during this routine and about 1.5 months after stopping PE.
Others are welcome to comment on what they think this issue is, but I think it is from holding such long sustained kegels with stimulation. And I am not liking it at all. So be careful.
