5 months in gains have stopped. Now what?
Hey everyone I have been PEing now for 5 months and have had great progress!!! In 5 months time i have gained almost 3/4” in length and .25” in girth. However I haven’t had even a minuscule gain in the last month and a half and was thinking it is time to change it up and get gains going again!!! I would prefer manual exercises, and am contemplating clamping, or horse 440s as my main goal is girth. Here is my routine that I have progressively worked up to.
5 min warm
5 min stretching different directions
120 dry jelqs 3 to 5 seconds each
8 ULI’s with 10 “pumps” each.
5-10 min cool down.
Any advice would be much appreciated!!! Really wanna get back on the gain train!!!
