5 months in gains have stopped. Now what?

Hey everyone I have been PEing now for 5 months and have had great progress!!! In 5 months time i have gained almost 3/4” in length and .25” in girth. However I haven’t had even a minuscule gain in the last month and a half and was thinking it is time to change it up and get gains going again!!! I would prefer manual exercises, and am contemplating clamping, or horse 440s as my main goal is girth. Here is my routine that I have progressively worked up to.

5 min warm
5 min stretching different directions
120 dry jelqs 3 to 5 seconds each
8 ULI’s with 10 “pumps” each.
5-10 min cool down.

Any advice would be much appreciated!!! Really wanna get back on the gain train!!!

Also there seems to be two schools of thought on breaking platueas, either do less such as the GreatDivider recommends or do more. Looking back at my log I realized that I had the best gains when I was doing only 100 dry jelqs and around 5 min of stretching. Perhaps I will go back to the more simplistic routine, and as a matter of fact thinking about I think I actually got better expansion with less… So maybe I answered my own question haha.

More just always seems better for some reason however I should learn from my past gains.

Bundled stretches really get at the fibres of the shaft.

Thanks for the reply A-unit, yes I was thinking of doing these as part of my stretching. Can bundled stretches cause over training? Or do you think they would help with greater expansion during the jelqs? Guess only one way to find out! Tomorrow I will do bundled stretches instead of my regular stretches followed by my jelqs.

Wonder what would happen if you took a week off?

Sometime when I did that, I would grow.

Seems like I needed the time off to allow my penis to grow.

I’m no expert on bundled stretches as they are primarily a girth exercise.

I have done them and if you persist they will effect your EQ, so I would slowly introduce them and keep an eye on how your dick responds.

As I said I’m in this for length, so anything that threatens my ability to get longer has to go.

I agree with the break. Helped me when I had almost the exact same problem as you, only with less gains.

You could try and change things up with heating. I recently went from using a washcloth with hot water, to dipping my entire penis in hot water. I had a sports-softdrink-bottle laying around with a pretty wide opening. Fill it with hot water (Don’t be stupid and burn yourself! but HOT) and submerged my entire penis in this bottle and kind of cupped it to the skin around my penis. I don’t think any method of heating beat this and I experienced an amazing fat hang for quite a few more hours.

I will try that out match. I decided to start my break immediately instead of waiting longer.

When I start up again I will go back to my original routine that I got my initial gains from, if I don’t receive anymore gains that way after a month then I will start adding new exercises.

I’m also 5 months in and I think I’m in the same situation, gains has slowed down or stopped. I took 10 days of at Christmas. But not sure if that changed anything. I follow the newbie routine(30 min jelq). If I don’t see any gains I a month I will go more intense I think.. Ad waterpumping at least.

I’ve read about shock routine to overcome a plateau but don’t have any experience with it. Basically, it’s a VERY heavy day of continual PE to remind your penis that its stubbornness will not be tolerated.


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

Hahaha very interesting idea! I have decided after my week break I am going to add O bends to my routine and see if that helps with the girth. I tried a few “practice” reps in the shower and could definitely see how these could dramatically help girth.

Seeing Similar stats I hope to gain as much

^ lol. I had a plateau and decided on doing different exercises and added rest days. You may have to confuse your cock if he’s getting selfish and refuses to grow. I’m doing V-stretches and water pumping now
