3.5 Months no gains, advice

I began PEing about 3.5months ago, and have had nothing more than a possibly very slight flaccid stretch length gain. So I’m going to try to get some advice before I begin the next 3 month

Measurements + Epic details:
5.8-6.1 NBPEL
5.5 EG at thickest point

Uncircumcised

Girth details:

Top view - Smaller at the base, progressively gets thicker until near the head when it gets slightly thinner.
Side view - Thick at base, progressively gets thinner as it goes up to the head.

There is quite an apparent difference in girth when viewing from the top or side, like the base is at least 30% thinner at the base than the thickest point from the top view, but because of the advanced girth from the side view, they’re within .3” of each other.\

Erection Quality: 8-9, typically, bummed because of no gains after measuring after 2 months to see no gains dropped it to 7.

Old Routine:
Didn’t do kegels

Started 3 months ago with about 60 wet jelqs, progressively adding a few a week and now I’m at about 220. 2-4 second jelqs.

Began with 1 40 second stretch in each direction, progressively went up to 2x40 in each direction. Something changed recently(I don’t know what) that made stretching for more than 10 seconds with any amount of force near impossible. So I changed to 2x20(2sec) JAI stretches in each direction with 2 40 seconds BTC stretches.

70% consistency.
3 on 2 off

Planned future routine:
Bumping up to 250jelqs per day
3 sets of 20 JAI stretches in each direction
2 40 second BTC stretches
Kegeling
2 on 1 off
Manual clamping unsure of time

Aiming for 95% consistency

Main question is: Is there anything I'm missing and does my routine look decent, I'm pretty sure I may be someone who benefits from more intense longer routines making my linear start less than ideal?

No measurable gains for me for 5 - 6 mos. Then it began to pack on gradually. Be patient.

So if one were to not gain after the newbie routine, should the newbie routine be continued or should new techniques be initiated?

Maybe add in some new things while not straying too far away from what you are doing now, so you have never made any gains from PE?

If you follow a set routine for a month and do not gain, you can add or change something, don’t do it for a week and then double everything your doing because you can’t see a gain yet.

Are you sure you was dedicated to your routine? NEVER miss a routine and with every exercise imagine how your cock is growing slightly.

I may have added about .15flaccid stretched length at most, nothing erect. No negative PI’s either. The fsl gain began when the routine began getting slightly more intense, so that’s why I’m gonna skip a step or two and just re-begin at a more moderate-high intensity/length routine.

The routine for the most part was 90% consitency except for when I was visiting friends or family, which forced me to take upwards of 3-4 days off, hence the 70% consitency, I’m not visiting anyone for any long amount of time over the next few months so I’m taking this as a good chance to get a good routine going.

Well I know for me the first thing I see before any gains is my flaccid is usually longer, maybe meaning your tissues are at their limits and your about to break through that barrier.

It took me about 6 months. Be patient!

I don’t necessary need to add new things to your routine, maybe you didn’t executed them well enough to have effect. Or you can try extending your routine time even faster each week.

Good luck =)

Dude
NBPEL is not a measurement you can use. You need to get a BPEL; otherwise you will never know if you’re gaining or not. You write that your NBPEL varies between 5.8 and 6.1. Thats a fucking worthless measurement!. Kind of like saying I’m between 5 foot 8 and 6 foot 1 inches tall.
Dont feel bad; I made the same mistake. I didn’t realize until 4 months in that I was gaining; and in 14 months, I’ve gained 1.5 inches in length. I didn’t realize it cuz I was using the very unaccurate and unrepeatable NBPEL.

But you need to get a measurement you can repeat; and a NBPEL can vary by .5 inches. My BPEL is 8 3/8 now; but my NBPEL varies between 7.2 and 7.8

I second that.

Even better is the measure of BPFSL.

I would agree that with time comes better technique with the exercises. I’m two months in and just starting to get the hang of jelqing. I wasn’t forming another grip behind the hand in motion quick enough for my unit. From the video I was doing it correctly, but I found that if I made another grip when the hand in motion was about halfway up I could feel a lot more expansion. I even move this hand forward a bit while the hand in motion is finishing it’s movement.

A question about stretching I have is if you don’t feel the ligs stretch in a certain direction, should you continue to stretch in that direction? It seems that stretching to the left rarely causes any feeling of lig stretching whereas stretching to the right does.
