I started my career 7 months ago. I started doing lots of dry jelqs and gained some girth before I blew my urethra out (blood leaking from tip) had to take few weeks off and lost it. Started again with *only* wet jelqs and only gained 0.1-0.2 in erect length. (Possibly losing some girth).

I started a new regime recently and immediately felt an improvement ( after stretching I could apply pressure to my penis that if I had done before would have made it really red!:

Warm up in shower (70 Degrees)
5 minute rotor stretches
200 wet jelqs @ 85%
40 sec hold @ 95%
Warm down in shower (70 Degrees)

My NBP measurement is a curved 7 inches - great for hitting the g-spot!. So I’m a very lucky boy. (Probably bigger than 90% guys)

I have questions for those with real experience.

1. Could it be possible that my lack of gains is down to not stretching?
2. Is it possible for someone who has not gained *significantly* for this length of time to gain from natural methods?

It could be, although stretches mainly hit ligs. Well personally I have never had erect length gains without stretching. With PE anything is possible.

Well I think it can be stated that you are doing the jelquing too hard, and it may me cuseing you to shrink up as opposed to grow. And stretches for e are reallyimportant.

Yes. I’d chill out on the Jelqing too hard. (Also the fact that you do it wet now might not hurt.) I started like this as well, and my girth gains far exceeded my length. Now I’ve brought a lot more stretching into my routine, and I’ve seen great results with overall growth.

Your erection level is going to give you girth gains. Try dropping the erection level to around 50% to 60%, maybe even less if you can still feel expansion. Stretch downward before jelqing to make sure your ligs are at max length so that the stretch you get jelqing isn’t restricted by the ligs.

You can do all the other stretching directions either after warming up and before jelqing, or after jelqing. The heat should make everything pliable enough to stretch well if you do the stretches before jelqing, but jelqing first may help to get the maximum stretch out of the tunica.

I wrote this in one of my threads aswell but as this seems more stretch based- if anyone who gained good from stretching could tell me the intensity they used that would also be great. E.g. my erect length is 6.5” NBP and about 7” FSNBP, so how hard should I be pulling? Do you think if I stretched it so that the ruler read 6” would it be hard enough, because I’m still unsure (after 2 years) if I should be stretching hard to full extension or gently to loosen to tissue?

Hrmm.. I’m being told to do the newbie routine for 1.5 months? Is this right and by lost gains you mean you didnt gain and stayed neutral? Or you went backwards and lost length all together?

I’ve decided to do the newbie routine.

It seems the only thing to do. Lets hope the new intensity or days on can spring some gains, if not I don’t know what to do.
