Hello fellow PE’ers. I am a newbie and I started PEing just as the year began (January 1st, 2007) so that it

would be easy to keep track of things. I have had probably altogether 2 months off because I broke my wrist

snowboarding. But, nonetheless I would like to say PE works for all you doubters. I am gunning for length so I

have mostly done manual stretches, ballooning, and a tiny bit of jelqing in my routine. I recently added the

Static stretcher but don’t have enough wear time to evaluate it just yet. I started at 6.5 BPEL and after these

four months I am at 6.9 BPEL (over 7 if I balloon long enough). I am 18 and cut. I never introduced myself so

there ya go. So, back to the thread title. From my experience so far I was kind of losing faith in PE because I

didn’t really see any gains. It just so happens that when shaving down there I get an ingrown hair so I stop PE

for about a week and a half to let it heal in case a girl goes down there I didn’t want her to think I had an STD

so I stopped PE for that week and a half to let it heal. When it healed I was ballooning and I measured at 6.9

BPEL (.4 increase!). So, my thought process and conclusion on this is, if you aren’t seeing any gains, take a

week off, let it heal, and let your rock hard erections come back which can be diminished from too much PE,

and measure because then your penis will be in tip top shape. This has probably already been said but there

you have it! A tip from a newb to a newb!

Growth happens on the REST days. So that is probably why you saw the increase.

I started January 1st, 2007 too! That’s nice, eheh.
Don’t know about you, but for me the first months were really strange, probably all exercises I did were wrong, but the best thing is to continue and improve the technique.
We could keep track of our progress and help each other in the journey (if you don’t mind).

Congratulation for your gains! I’m waiting 1st May to measure, I’m gonna post the result soon.

By the way I broke my wrist while snowboarding years ago… bad thing, I couldn’t play drums anymore for 2months.

I dunno.. I’m incredulous about the overtraining — if overtraining is bad, why do we use something like an ADS?

I think it may be a mistake to think of this like muscle training — it’s not. Maybe PC training needs break — that makes sense — but this is about stretching. Even when talking girth.

Comments? Opinions? Anybody notice the more and harder they push the better the results?

For myself, I have gained a good 1/5 of inch girth in a few weeks by pushing to the max for long times — not sure it’s solidified, but it’s there. Erection quality suffered very very little, and I have been going many hours per day clamping and edging and balooning (the last of which I would think it always recuperative).

How many rest days do some of you allow yourselves per week?

ME- 1 day.

A minimum of 2, sometimes I take more. Depends on erection levels, fatigue, etc. You’ll get a feel for this but it comes with practice/experience.

Short term goal: (3-4 months) 6.8" BPEL, 5.0" EG.. Long term goal (1+ yr): 7.5" BPEL, 5.5" EG.

I always lay off Saturday and Sunday. By Monday, I’m strong as a bull!

My advice: wear wrist protectors :-)
