No gains for 1.5 months
Hi,
I’ve started PEing on April 28th this year. But due to various reasons I couldn’t do it consistently until may 18th. On may 18th onwards I managed to do it almost consistently, doing it for at least 4 days a week, 10-15 stretches per session with a starting 4 mins warm up. From 28 th April to 18 th may, total days might add up to around 10 days. I measured it today ( june 17 ) but could not see any gains.
My LOT is very low ( at 6.00 ) and I’m performing upward stretches. I always find it difficult to get a good grip without lot of pain at the head. I’m not quite sure whether the force I put for stretching is enough. Any way, it hurts a lot at the head and some times at the base while stretching. But never experienced any permanent pain.
Can any one give me some advice on continuing with this.
