I'm having a Preputial plasty, anyone else had one

I’m having this done, here in the UK, they want to put me on general anesthetic, I really don’t want to I prefer local, do you think they would do this if I asked them?

Questions.

If any of you have had it done, could you let me know if it’s ok to have it done with local anesthetic?

Do you have any after pictures I cannot find any on the Internet and would like to see what it looks like afterwards, (how different)

Most importantly DOES IT TAKE ANYTHING AWAY FROM YOUR LENGTH or girth for that matter. I know it’s probably a NO answer as it’s just a skin slit but you always have to be paranoid when it comes to someone touching your dick with a knife.

Any other information you might want to add would be much appreciated.

Hopefully I will be able to hang and pump properly after this, as my tight foreskin has always made PE difficult. Though I have had success. This will make the way clear to a 8x6.5

Why don’t you want to be knocked out by the way? It’s best to ask your surgeon what method of anaesthesia they use and if a local and maybe sedation is possible, every surgeon is different and has preferences but I can’t see why it would be a big issue

No you won’t lose any girth or length but you may lose some sensitivity. If you are doing this for real reasons because your foreskin cannot retract and is giving you pain then try stretching first and then opt for surgery.if you are doing it purely for PE I wouldn’t do it lol, as a knife doesn’t always solve the issues.

By the way I’m in north London and there are two top class urological surgeons here that I have seen, one is Mr David Ralph and the other is Mr Gordon Muir. I also having a circumcision revision with Gordon Muir after I was butchered a year ago, I really hope he can sort me out.

It may ease your mind to see either of them during a consultation to gather a second opinion

Remember you risk scarring and loss of some sensation, if you have survived and managed to bone girls this long and it doesn’t cause you a lot of pain again I say think twice.:)

Some intricate feelings that you are used to while masturbating may be lost requiring you to adjust your mind after surgery, on the other hand if you cannot fully expose your glans right now and stretching hasn’t worked then it may be required

All in all it’s a very minor procedure and I know that Muir is going to do my revision under local, so I think you can find someone to do it without general..

Speak with the anaesthetist prior to your surgery about the chances of a LA with a midazolam sedation. Have you got to attend a pre-op assessment? If so mention it then. There is much less of a risk with a LA and you will be discharged much quicker than if you opted for a GA.

For aesthetic purposes, you may also want to consider getting circumcised by the surgeons recommended by londong. I was circumcised two years ago and the results were perfect.

Let me tell you though that first lady GP that diagnosed him should be shot, it was like she had never seen a penis before and her expressions were of disgust..

Why not have it done? Thought it was safe and easy option, the doc made it sound like it never goes wrong.

Preputioplasty is minor but it’s still cutting into your skin.you have no way of knowing how the area scars up and heals.it could end up necessitating a full circumcision

I really find it it hard to believe you have gained an INCH in girth and haven’t stretched the foreskin effectively all this time

I have been stretching, and the foreskin goes over the glans, but it’s when it’s hard as a rock, and it just won’t go over the glans.

If it does and I ejaculate the frenulum tears, it’s happened once before. It’s more of a shortened frenulum that I have, it’s gotten better with PE, I couldn’t pull it over the glans when it was soft not long before starting PE.

Hanging seems to help, but I want to have sex roughly without worrying about my frenulum tearing, you know what I mean?

I’ve spoken to a specialist who said steroid creme could help with stretching the frenulum. But which one, the pharmacist says you could get Eumovate without a prescription, I would wait for my specialist to give a prescription, but he is not allowed to do anything until he’s been given a referral letter which could take weeks, this could be resolved by then with stretching and good creme, could anyone help me in getting he right stuff. There is all sorts of risks using creme down below and the packets warn against it.

I still think that you need to be circumcised. I do not trust any other procedures because you never know how the surgical wound will eventually heal up.

You may want to consult a dermatologist on the use of/deciding on a particular steroid cream/ointment. If you have not already that is.
