Increase semen

Being India, I’ve been exposed to ayurveda on almost a daily basis. After spenidng a lot of time with ayurvedic enthusiasts, I went through a lot of books on ayurveda and finally squared in on the combination below to increase semen. Ive tried this for the past 8 months and have experienced tremendous results.

I’ve been smoking from the past 10 years or so due to which I have reduced semen discharge. After i started to take the combination of herbs, I can say that I have atleast seen a 300% increase in my cum shots. It takes about a week or so for your body to increase the semen production but its worth it. Moreover these herbs ensure good health and offer other benefits too of which I wont talk much now.

Borat Yes Black pepper seeds. The ones that you grind and put in your food. It not only open up your blood vessel but also aids digestion. But, you may want to be careful since for some people it may not be easy on the tummy. I’d say grind the damn thing in a mixer and then encapsulate it. Thats what I do.

Wayne! I’m not sure if I remember any one-stop place online. I can run a check for you though. The problem is that not all of the stuff is available in one store on line so you may have to buy it from different sites. Anyways, will let you know.

These are very cheap herbs with most of them costing about 2-3 dollars (in india)each for a months supply.

Here in Canada there is a product called Bio Vigora, which is made from an African pepper or ginger (not sure) called Aphromomum. It works very well for erections.

Shilajeet is obtained from rocks in the Himalayan region. It is a form of mineral that drips from the cracks of the rocks during hot weather. It is decomposition of the plant matter in the rocks centuries before. The bio-transformed plant matter is extruded from the rocks by geothermal pressures. It is collected in raw form for further purification. Walking high in the Himalayan Mountains, a thick rich paste oozing out from the rocks in the towering cliffs is Shilajeet. I forgot to mention I used to take 250 mg of Tribulus terestris along with the above. Tribulus needs to be cycled 4 days on and 3 days off.

The herbs mentioned in my post are used to treat premature ejaculation. I have noticed myself lasting much longer when I was on the herbs.

I use Dabur Shilajit. 500 mg tab once a day. How do you cycle tribulus?

Do you use Arjuna for general well being or for getting a bigger load? As far as I have gathered it had no significance over quantity of semen. Right?
