No right now I dont have health insurance but seriously if I leave ANY residue of come on my cock it gets really smelly. Yes it seems like soap leaves a film and doesnt take the smell away. To keep a clean dick I wash it a lot and I noticed that without soap works best. I used one body soap that took the smell away but regular bar soap doesnt do the trick.
