Kegeling all day before sex?

Hey everyone,

I have plans to do massive kegels tomorrow on my day off. I also have a very good possibility of getting laid. Could kegeling all day be detrimental to my performance later that night?

A tired pee pee is a pee pee that naps.

I kegeled all day yesterday then slept with my chick the same night, came SO fast. :(

I say do 10 second holds seems like the quick flexes and 5 second holds are bad for stamina. I do 100 quick flexes then 10 sets of 10 sec. kegals everyday maybe one or two off.

Thanks sed. I’ve been hearing that longer holds are better, and quick ones are detrimental to stamina. I’ve been doing 5-8 second holds, with a few 10 second ones. I’ll increase the time and stay away from anything under 5 seconds.
