Bugs or Sly, have you found anything that has improved the glans appearance to some degree? I have been using Alphahydroxy based

Eucirin for the past few weeks and have not noticed a bit of difference, if there is anything that has worked for you please let me know.

Sly, I forgot to mention, have you used any retinol (you mentioned Retin-A) based cream to combat the wrinkled appearance?

I didn’t try that yet. I want to reach my goal first.

I’ve tried AHA cream few years ago but without good results. Maybe the dosage wasn’t strong enough.

I saw my urologist and he said it was from friction and rubbing. He said no way to fix it though. I think the only way is to have your glans covered 24/7 to get rid of the cracks. I dont want to restore my foreskin but i am keeping the head covered with silicone scar sheets. I am not going to take it off for a whole month and see if that helps.

I’ve been using Amlactin for the past three days, and the o-ring method for just about a week now.

I had a reaction to the Amlactin this afternoon. Nothing painful aside from one initial sting, and then then I had some small red dots pop up on the upper right side of the glans toward the meatus. The spots had faded away by late evening, and I think I’m going to try another application tomorrow.

I would really like to know if anyone has successfully dekeratinized their glans. I have yet to read about any real success stories where the shiny look has been restored.

PE has kind of taken a back seat to this as of late, and I would love to know if I’m wasting my time with it, so I can go back to making gains.

Yes I found a great method using silicone scar sheets to cover the glans. I cover them with that because I do not yet have enough skin to use o rings. The best way is to just keep it covered with your own skin though. The your skin cone is the best thing. Put a little bit of vaseline on your glans twice a week after you shower as well. I am on a foreskin restoring forum. I know for a fact that getting that shiny smooth look is possible. It happens in 95 percent of the restoring cases. Keeping your glans covered with your own skin will lead to dekeratinization. Some even have a shedding of old skin.

I’ll try that vaseline method.

Well, that’s encouraging. Any sort of average as for how long it usually takes?

I’ve been continuing to use the o-rings during the day, and the cone/manhood combo at night. I’ve been alternating Amlactin and coconut oil, and I’m using EVO oil for jelqing.

I wish I’d taken some photos before I started so I’d have a reference, but the grooves don’t look as deep, and my glans has a more pinkish color already after only two weeks. I hope this progress continues.

Nerver heard of Amlactin before. It seem to be a good product to use. They don’t sell it in France apparently.

I’ve pure shea butter in my home. I’ll try that for few days.

I ordered the body lotion. I only realized there was a difference after I ordered it. I think the body cream might be more effective.

I’m starting to have some concerns about staying in the o-ring all day. I’m wondering if this is having some sort of a self-inflicted turtling effect.

I don’t know if I would change anything if it did. Dekeratinizing my glans is a major part of getting my “perfect penis.” I’m pretty happy with my length, and I’m primarily working on girth at the moment, but I’m a little concerned about healing in that bunched-up state.

Think it would have any impact on gains?
