Keratinization of the glans!!!!

The neat thing about regaining the pinkish, shiny, smooth appearance of the glans is the increased sensitivity that accompanies it. Dekeratinzation is not just an “appearance” thing, but rather it is the sloughing off of the rough tissue (the dry/cracked skin) that has grown over the glans to protect it. That tough skin covering the glans is why it loses sensitivity. During foreskin restoration, there is gradual shedding of the skin on the glans, which can be seen as small flakes or a whitish secretion.

I’ve read my older post and found some answers :

- AHA cream,

- Enzyme Cream

- weak glycolic acid cream.

Do you have the links to those posts Sly? Im going to ask the urologist anyway. I will post the cream or remedy he gives if he does.

Sly:

I don’t know of anything specifically, nor have I tried any of the creams you listed in your post.

It seems to me that an acid-based cream could increase glans sensitivity, but perhaps not in a good way. :)

Penis head cream

They also talk about retin-a cream.

What I’m looking for is a cream that could remove the keratin I’ve gained on my glans after using the Andropenis few years ago. And get back the glans I used to have.

Any alpha-hydroxy cream should help. I use AmLactin 12%, and it really helps with sensitivity. Dekeratinization is going pretty slow, but the tip of the glans, frenulum remnant and coronal ridge are all smooth and shiny. Probably the best way is to keep sex and masturbation to a minimum and just let smegma build up in the foreskin.

Keep the foreskin retained with a silicone baby-bottle nipple 24/7 for a whole new level of sensitivity. This may take a few months.

I had no idea this was a treatable condition. My glans looks so bad incredibly wrinkly. I thought it was because of using to much

pressure during jelqing, and the use of Vacuum based devices has made it even worse. I ordered up RoC anti wrinkle cream/lotion

which contains retinol which is supposed to fade the wrinkles over time. If we are able to remove the wrinkles won’t continued

PE only make our glans look like it does now?

I have read from a post Firegoat wrote, Eucirin (Urea content?) is highly effective and this condition is completely reversible.

I will give this a shot and let you guys know, I really thought I was the only one going through this, it has weighed on my

mind terribly.

Yes their is another thread on here started by MagnumXL, he is very serious about reversing the damage done by Keratinization. He also reccommended alpha-hydroxy cream, apparently he purchased his at Walgreens. I am going to give AmLactin and his a shot. When I get some more time we were going to discuss different methods but alas I am wondering where the veterans stand on this. They must have some insight on this and possibly a cure.
