I have been doing PC muscle exercises for years and still can’t go for more than 2 minutes the first time. It’s terrible. Then, when I go to do it again and I don’t have the erection quality. I am sure you guys can relate. I think I just have a really sensitive dick, and a very weak PC muscle? Help please! I need a short term solution that could help a little. I was wondering if anybody has every tried those desensitizing lotions under condoms? Are there drugs that work for this? Whiskey doesn’t even work!

Try either paxil, lexapro or some other SSRI’s I’ve been on both and either works wonders, gone from the 2-4 minute guy to an easy 15 min. - It’s awesome.

Hardgainer12, how long do you hold your kegels for? You should be holding them for long periods of time instead of quick 1 second holds repeatedly IMO. Try edging as well for 20 mins each period. Hope everything works out fine for you :)

I have never understood how kegels can help delay orgasm. In my opinion it is OPPOSITE! When I started Kegels my PC muscles became very strong which in fact made my orgasms come quicker! Be aware that when you are about to have orgasm your PC muscle starts to contract. More, when your PC muscle is very strong it stimulates prostate which gives additional sensation(something that should be avoided). I found ‘relaxing PC’ much better-but still this is not perfect method.

The easiest method IMO is to take Paxil as I did twice. You would need to wait 5-10 days to see it working. On the other hand - I do not want to take any drugs like this for too long as I am mentally ‘healthy’.

Recently I found that training with ‘Fleshlight’ or similar gives good results. All you have to remember is that is ‘all in your mind’. Hard but I think that you can learn this way to last longer. It is easier to practise with ‘fleshlight’ than with your lady as nobody judges you. good luck!

To use BC muscles (not PC , in men) to delay orgasm, it is necessary to clench before the point of no return. Many practice edging. I clench hard from the beginning of foreplay til I want to cum. I also go for long foreplay ; at the least i/2 hour, usually more. This starts her cumming and creates sexual/ muscle tension in me( so I can last). I find that after the first hour of actual intercourse I have trouble relaxing enough to cum when she’s tired and wants to stop.

It helps if , in your mind, your goal for sex is not just to cum but to please your woman. If your true goal is to blow your load, your body will very efficiently help you to do so. This could also be why your second time isn’t very firm. It could be that your subconscious mind says “hey, we got what we came for, why do this again?”

Pay great attention to your partner’s reactions, like a sailor studying the slight changes in wind to determine the best position for the sails or the best coarse to sail. Not only will you find that you are more attuned and able to please her but you will find that, if you pay attention to her and not yourself, that you won’t be as ready to explode as quick. The mind is the biggest sex organ. Learn to control it.

Try reverse kegeling.

I must be a little weird then I guess. I don’t clench the Bc/pc at all unless it is to stave off the big one. During sex I focus on keeping them relaxed as much as I can actually.

Focus on her reactions as if you were watching the sails for telltale signs that allow you to adjust them or your direction to optimize your boat’s potential. If you’re focused on it like a man tracking a deer, you won’t have room for thoughts of yourself.

It may be all true but it does not work this way! :) You need to understand that when guy has problem with premature ejaculation all such ‘help’ that you give him is BS :) At least at that moment…

hardgainer12..I have gone through this :) I know that the more you try to last longer the quicker you shoot :) Back then when I did not care about anything I lasted longer…interesting and true…what you focus on your mind it gets more of your energy. Does not matter if you think about DELAYING ejaculation or making it happen QUICKER. Result is the same - mind is focused on ‘ejaculation’ and it gives it to you! That is why all premature ejaculators when they try ‘everything’ nothing works!:)

Try this- go for Paxil or high levels of 5-HTP..take it for 2-3 months…after week of Paxil and 2-3 weeks of 5-HTP you will see results. As soon as your premature ejaculation is gone thank to those drugs, do this:

PRACTICE! READ MORE! PRACTISE!

During that time when you no longer have problems with premature ejaculation start reading what other wrote earlier here…and start training! Have sex with your woman as often as possible(or buy fake vagina as I did)…train each day…each day try to have fun with your dick…get relaxed and understand that it all comes from your mind(with drugs it is easier to see). Grow your confidence! Each time try to last a bit longer! Play with orgasm, control it…See how your body reacts when you are about to have orgasm!(KEGELS- BS..I will write later about it!). For instance - if you start to breath with stomach and do it very slowly you will notice that it has effect on your climax control. Again, TRAIN, TRAIN…then when you are off the drugs your orgasm control will get weaker but if you did train(!) and you have changed your ‘mental habits’(habit of cumming quick!) it will work for you. When you have confidence you can control your orgasm later better. It is like learning to ride a bike when you are a kid…at the start it is hard but with practice your ride the bike better and better…just do not give up and do not allow your mind to convince you that ‘you can not ride a bike’

As to Kegels-if you observe your body before you are to ‘shoot’ see what happens with KEGELS. Your PC muscle is contracted! So doing KEGELS does not help with premature ejaculation in no way! Doing reverse Kegels can do more for it…You will notice than when you are about to have orgasm and you do reverse kegels(which means relaxing PS muscle) you will be able to last a bit longer.

I wish you good luck! And…TRAIN, TRAIN - both body on your mind! Refuse to be hostage of your mind who have ejaculation whenever it fears anything! ;)
