Leaking semen after ejaculation

Hey all,

I don’t know if it’s Kegel related, but after I ejaculate.. Some semen always seems to leak from my penis. It normally happens about 5-10 minutes after the fact. Is this normal? Or does it mean I have weak BC/PC/whichever it is muscles?

Also, a little off topic, when I do kegels lately, the tip of my tailbone seems to hurt. Am I doing them completely wrong?

I think it is normal. I leak of every exercise I ever tried and many minutes after. Don’t worry.

I think the soreness at the tailbone is also normal. Depending on how concentrated you are on the BC muscle, you are probably working your PC quite a bit as well. The PC is anchored to the tailbone area. I think that’s all you’re feeling. I get it too. I now try to focus my contraction towards the front at my BC

That’s normal shortstuff. Look at it as a type of housecleaning. Precum before ejaculation and postcum after. It has nothing to do with any PE exercise.

It’s normal. I always experience the same after I ejaculate. But in my case it’s precum or should I say postcum not semen.
