That is a well known side effect of Cialis, especially here. I was just mentioning that sex has a similar effect on my flaccid size for a few hours too.

When women are sore from sex, it’s generally due to the friction. Unless you are talking about sore thigh muscles or whatever from aerobic sexual positions. The vagina is very durable, being made to give birth, so women don’t get sore in the way you are describing, a PE sort of sore. Women just get abrasive sore, especially at the mouth of the vagina and the tender cervix. This can be alleviated somewhat by using lube, especially silicone lube, during marathon sex sessions.

The one exception is if she works her PC muscles hard during a sex session. If a woman has that sort of sex, of course a long session will bring on muscle burn.
