Loss of weight = loss of dick?

Loss of weight = loss of dick?

Hey guys,

I`ve been dieting for 4 weeks now and lost 7-8 pounds of bodyweight.

At the same time, my dick has been feeling smaller. Less frequent erections, less plump and smaller flaccid.

I have not dared to measure yet, but not until today did it strike me if there could be a correlation with me dieting.

I do not use ephedrine or any similar burner as I know they cause shrinkage from experience.

Anyone know anything about this?

Thanks in advance,

Renholder

Testosterone. Must be low, or estrogen high or both. Its possible if you are eating too little fats. Or eating too little. Some believe in a theory called “flux”, look it up. IE: you will look better and have better hormonal balance, if you eat a bit more - especially good fats and work out more -vs- eating less and working out less.

Also if your not getting sex, try having some.

Renholder,
Normally losing weight (within reason) and getting in better shape improves all the things you say are going negative on you.
Losing weight means a smaller fat pad around the penis, exposing more shaft, make it look bigger?

It maybe that your are doing a crash diet and your body is not happy about it. Losing 7-8 pounds in a month is allot very quickly for many people depending on your starting weight. Again depending on your situation this maybe ok. If you are very overweight 7-8 Lbs in a month maybe ok. If you are just a little overweight you might want to reduce the rate of weight loss. Exercise also helps.

I hope the weight loss and PE works out for you.

Happy gains,

Thanks guys,

I`ve been into a bodybuilding type of workout-program for the last year after a longer break, but I`m not built like a bodybuilder:)

I`m not very overweight either, just leaning up because I want to get ripped. It is not a crash diet. Actually, I have maintained musclemass/strength and I feel as good as one can on a diet during the day. I`m not eating very much fats at the moment, but I do get my omega 3s. Not the high percentage of fat that I`m used to though.

Actually, I don`t think my fat pad is significant enough for it to make a difference.

I will take a long postponed test of my hormone levels just to check that everything is ok.

In the past it has not been a big problem, but I have always suspected that my testosterone levels could have been higher. I have always gained relatively easily fat and have a hard time gaining muscle.

I was just curious if anyone had experienced loss of size during dieting, even though I suspected that there could be no correlation.

Best regards,

Renholder

I agree the body isn’t liking it. Any loss of morning wood or EQ indicates I might be getting sick or body is under stress.

Also are you keeping yourself fully hydrated?

Yes I am.

But the thing is that I almost never experience morning wood and I have not been doing so for a long time, even during long pauses of PE. At my age, 24, it has worried me some in the past, but I have never done anything about it, merely living on hope I guess.

I`m suspecting that it might be some previously existing issues that have been enforced by this new diet.

I`m switching to a more flexible diet next week, even though I don`t think this diet have been over the top. I have tried those in the past.

Guys,

I measured and there is no loss of dick, at least not in length.

The subjective “loss of dick” feeling that I experienced, due to a shrunk flaccid for some days, was luckily not objective.

I`ve gone over to a more friendly diet with more fats and carbohydrates, but still on a calorie deficit most days.

Anyway, the boners and sexual energy is still not present.

I sincerely hope that it is simply the effect of the diet and not something else.

I took a test with the doctor on my hormonal levels yesterday and I`m waiting for the results.

Best regards,

Renholder

The smaller flaccid size could be because of your workouts. I know that during and after my workout, my dick is flaccid, and very small, as though all the blood was vacuumed out of it. In the shower after the gym it usually is “resuscitated”. When I’m not working out though, that’s a different story. For the rest of the day, my dick is plump and happy. In fact it has been bigger flaccid the last couple of weeks than it ever has before. I recently got back into PE after a LOONG break, and it may be due to that, but then again I’m not on a very calorie restrictive diet. Instead I just to a but-load of cardio (1000kCal a session)

Perhaps you should consider fucking a chocolate cake.

Done.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Hy Renholder, I’m Brazilian and personal trainer and don’t think you will lose dick weight by any diet. If your dick looks smaller it maybe the time you are not wood for a long time cause it get me too when I have much work and do not think about and do sex for a long time my dick looks smaller rs. Now if you’re feeling not teased or don’t feel the energy sex come it maybe caused by the diet. Who is applying your diet? He must have some idea!

I hope help you!

Sorry for my bad english

I lost 10 kilos in 7 months (it´s about 20 pounds, I think). But I didn´t feel that: I was on a diet a I was doing exercises and a nutriologist was taking care of me. I think it´s because of the diet you´re feeling like that.(maybe)
