Thanks guys,
I`ve been into a bodybuilding type of workout-program for the last year after a longer break, but I`m not built like a bodybuilder:)
I`m not very overweight either, just leaning up because I want to get ripped. It is not a crash diet. Actually, I have maintained musclemass/strength and I feel as good as one can on a diet during the day. I`m not eating very much fats at the moment, but I do get my omega 3s. Not the high percentage of fat that I`m used to though.
Actually, I don`t think my fat pad is significant enough for it to make a difference.
I will take a long postponed test of my hormone levels just to check that everything is ok.
In the past it has not been a big problem, but I have always suspected that my testosterone levels could have been higher. I have always gained relatively easily fat and have a hard time gaining muscle.
I was just curious if anyone had experienced loss of size during dieting, even though I suspected that there could be no correlation.
Best regards,
Renholder
