Lump on penis due to masturbation

This isn’t directly related to PE (well, it is on a personal level, I’ll get to that), but I’m wondering if it is normal for tissue to become lumpy over time due to unlubricated masturbation? Specifically, on the side of the shaft, close to the head, my penis has two large soft lumps where there is the most pressure applied during masturbation. I have started using lube, and minding that area, but the lumpy shape seems permanent.

It doesn’t look great, but normally it doesn’t bother me because there is no pain associated with the lumps. However, either jelqing, or masturbating a few hours after jelqing (pain started after this), has caused a lot of soreness in this area. I think I’m going to have to take off a couple more days! :( Does anyone else have lumpy tissue where they they contact the most during masturbation? Has this caused any issues during PE, and can PE smooth out this tissue at all?

I think you need to describe this in greater detail. What does the skin look like on this lump? Is it irritated, discolored?

Do you notice these lumpy shapes when flaccid or erect? If flaccid you may find they are the larger veins that run toward the head. When erect they stretch out but when flaccid they bunch up as your piece contracts, noticeably on the sides near the head.

Those are signs that you masturbate too hard.. I have had those before when I masturbated 3 times in a day.

Also apart from that if your foreskin is tight around your penis, it causes some skin tear. Hence the lumps appear. They are merely blood clots.. Nothing to worry about. Keep away from masturbating too often and massage those areas softly with some heat. ( Hot water in the showers ). It will go away soon. I’ve had this before

And when you are flaccid, are these lumps hard or soft? If hard to the touch, get them checked out. If soft and non-irritated, no worry.

The tissue’s fairly soft in this area. It definitely doesn’t seem like a growth, but it always felt more to me like the tissue has been torn or deformed slightly over time (there was no specific injury that caused this, but I figured unlubricated masturbation may have been a factor, as that sometimes aggravates this area).

Drilla9, yes, the lumpy area is more noticeable when flaccid, and it stretches out when erect. They do not run along the length of the shaft (they are perpendicular to the length of the shaft) and I can not see any coloring that would indicate they are veins, but that may be the case.

They’ve never caused pain. But in the past three days I’ve experienced a lot of pain or soreness in this area. I’m going to give it another day or two before I see someone.

Over night, it seems like I’ve gotten a lump like this too. Since this was the first post that popped up with ‘lump’ in the title when I did a search, I’m posting here.
Mine isn’t two lumps (that I can tell), but it is one big one on the left side of my shaft near my head.

Over the past 11 weeks I’ve been using an Auto-Extender, and I’ve felt some “tearing” in that area, but never anything noticeable. I have, however, developed the “tree-trunk rings” on the base of my dick which tells me my skin is growing at least. My erections are suffering a bit from the extending, because they’re not getting as hard as they used to, which concerns me. Or I can get fully hard, but it’s like my internal shaft says, “Screw you, I’m exhausted.” and it goes back down. This only happens when I’m alone though. When I’m with a girl, I can still get good erections.
The other night, I got a pretty decent hard-on after about 8 hours of extending, and I had to rub one out.
I guess I jacked off harder than normal, if this lump is any indication.

However, I am concerned that it might be the onset of Peyronie’s, or maybe some plaque forming, or maybe the “c” word, or an internal bruise. I don’t know, but I am slightly freaked out about it.

No pain, but it is sore - and the psychological pain of trying to guess what it might be is worse. I just can’t figure out how I keep getting these kind of weird injuries from just extending.

I’m just basically stretching it. This lump has me freaked me out.

Any good doctor will tell you to take hot soaks in the tub! It will not render you infertile!

These could be lumps caused by lymphatic fluid, with underlying thrombosed lymph vessels (which are colorless).

I have the same thing , Grewex , what happened - is it gone ?
