As were most males born in the USA in the 20th Century, I was circumcised at birth. At present when flaccid I have full coverage with about a quarter-inch opening. Eventually I’d like to achieve full closure and some overhang. It’s been an interesting and very private journey.

The point of all this though is a question for those of you who were lucky enough to have been left with intact penes - when I masturbate, if any semen or precum secretions get into the folds of skin, it gets whipped up into a white foam, just like beating egg whites. This is something that I never observed before foreskin restoration. I will assume that it would also occur during sex, but the few times I’ve had sex since my divorce and subsequent foreskin restoration have all been with a condom, so I can’t tell. So do any of you uncut guys get this white foam during masturbation or sex?

When having sex it’s usual, at least for me.

It can occur both from you and the woman’s juice which gets mushy after some intense friction.

The answer is yes for me. The foreskin keeps any sort of lubrication be it semen, artificial lubricants, or a woman’s natural lubricant. My only issue is I don’t have a disposition towards getting copious amounts of pre-cum or even minute amounts at that.

Cropping without a medical indication is nonsense, I’m glad I still have my foreskin, it can be great to masturbate with it. With cleanliness, I have no problems because I washed the glans (penis) in the retracted foreskin, twice a day and after use (masturbation, Sex).

But remove the prepuce frenulum (Frenulektomy) I can only recommend that the benefits are:

First The foreskin can be pulled further back, thus enabling greater stroke during masturbation possible and the foreskin is moving.

Second The penis looks better because the foreskin can be pulled back almost unwrinkled.

Third The penis can be kept clean much better.

I removed the frenulum with three interventions themselves completely. But everyone does the same urologist.

I would rather take imprisonment from the real world than mess with my frenulum. It is the most erogenous area of my dick.

Why anyone would want to mess with either his foreskin or frenulum is way beyond my comprehension. The frenulum is filled with Meissner cells which are neurologically pleasure cells. I want to keep all my Meissner cells intact.

I am uncut but have never had the white foamy reaction that the OP states.

Question for you Jagstein: With your frenulum being removed, is the V wedge under your glans still highly erogenous to touch and sensate pleasure? Always wondered that. Thanks for answering in advance.

. I have already removed my Frenulum Praeputii myself many years ago and am very satisfied with the result. I have also not been able to notice feelings of loss. I believe, therefore, that I can recommend any uncircumcised masturbant to this procedure.
