In studies, only about 48 percent of those who used 1000 mc g tablets (the max dose) got erections rigid enough for intercourse; 39 percent who used 500 mc g tabs got good results. And a high percentage of those experienced stinging and burning in the penis or testes.
zap: You got zapped. A common complaint about BMC is the outrageous cost of what they prescribe. For what you paid $1500., I get the same medication for $78. with an Rx from my doc at a compounding pharmacy. A 5 ml vial gives me about 50 events. When you need a refill, consider going through a non-BMC urologist.
My medical insurance plan, I pay about $5.00 a pop for 1000 mg, My urologist wanted me to use a different type of medication, I forget the name but I would have to inject the medication into the side of my penis, it’s supposed to provide a greater erection that lasts longer. My medical insurance would not cover the medication as it was a compund mixture of several different solutions.
I also have prostrate cancer, for which I had 27 sessions of radiation, prior to the radiation my PSA was 5.4, My last PSA test was .4. I have to see the radiologist again in December at which time he will provide me with his diagnosis.
I also purchased a penis pump manufactured in South Africa in a urology hospital. It is sold by the Fitzz group in Miami at https://www.fitzz.com . it cost $198.00 US, it works quite well. It is unlike any other I have seen. The pump is a sleeve that slides up and down the tube a couple of pumps provides a massive erection in about two minutes. I do not use the pump when I use the Muse.
