My Very Peculiar and Difficult Situation

I am posting here because I don’t have many posts on this site, but I don’t really know where this belongs.

My situation:

- I had a prostatectomy in 2010.
- I have never had a natural erection since.
- I have used bimix to get erections but they have also caused me to have diffuse Peyronie’s disease.
- As a result of the operation and the Peyronie’s, I lost some size. My stretched length is about 6.5” and my erection length is about 6”. It was shorter, but using a stretching device has helped recover some lost length.
- My erect girth is down to about 4.25-4.5 inches.
- Lately the injections have stopped working. I have good vascular health. The blood flows into the penis just fine, but it flows right back out. Veinous leak is not rare in people with Peyronie’s disease. I still need to get this verified by my urologist with a Doppler scan, but it fits my symptoms perfectly.
- Using a cock ring after injection does not seem to be working. I feel like the ring just is not occluding the veins on top. This includes a Giddy/Eddie device.
- I might have to just break down and get a penile implant. I hate that, but it is preferable to never having sex again.
- If I do get the implant, I am considering also getting the procedure by Victor Loria using permanent fillers to add thickness around the shaft by growing new collagen. Still looking for unfiltered reviews on this one. He claims that the procedure actually increases sensation for the owner of the penis, because of increased pressure while having intercourse. Claims are cheap, though.

This plan could give me a 6x6 penis with erections on demand. Please share your thoughts on other things to consider. I want to be careful.

MonkeyKing,

I sympathize with you and wish you the very best as you work towards returning to normal erections. The only thing I can comment on is the Giddy/Eddie device because I recently started using one. In my opinion it really is a better mousetrap; it’s a scientifically designed device manufactured to medical standards. But, personally, I had a few issues with it. The first issue involved getting the right size. There are four sizes and you have to get a girth measurement at the base of your penis and match it to size A, B, C or D. Even though I performed this task carefully the device I received was too large. I had to use two of the “sport” bands together and literally pull the ring together. After sex I found I had a sore ligament which took about a week to quit bothering me. It had been pressed too hard against the cock ring and was injured during thrusting. I spoke with Giddy and was sent the next smaller size at no charge. This one worked great. I used one sport band which applied just the right amount of pressure to maintain my erection but the two ends of the cock ring did not come together. Perfect. The second issue involved lube. I personally found that the base of my penis had to be dry for the cock ring to work properly. The base of my penis has the most girth. Picture a fat man losing his pants, while wearing a belt, because his cross-section gets smaller as he goes from his gut down to his waist. The Eddie was doing the same thing on my penis during thrusting if there was any lube beneath it. BUT when you get things configured correctly I’ve found it to do a great job of holding an erection. You can also put it on before achieving full erection and it will allow incoming blood to continue to flow, so you can still achieve a full erection while wearing the device.

Start 8/1/2019: BPSFL 5 7/8", BPEL: 5 3/4", girth: 4 3/8"

9/1/2021: BPSFL 6 7/8", BPEL: 6 1/2", girth: 5 3/8"

Goal: 8x6

Thank you, Worthy.

I just sent an email to Giddy to request a size A. The size B kind of works, but not enough for penetration.

I have been watching Paul Perito’s series on penile implants. Apparently one can continue to regain lost size and length after implant surgery with regularly pumping it up and doing some exercises.

Try phallo boards to learn more about implants.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.
