No precum

I’m not producing any precum. I heard that horny goat weed can help increase it but can it start producing it? Is there anything else that would help me produce it? I remember getting it when i was younger while looking at porn but now really nothing noticeable. Any help?

Why would you want to increase precum? I don’t have any productive answers, but I find precum irritating more than anything else.

Well it helps as a natural lubricant so I could see why someone might want it.

The purpose of the fluid from the Cowper’s gland is not lubrication. It’s to neutralize the acidity of any urine remaining in the urethra and to help neutralize any acidity in the vagina. Lubrication may be a side benefit, but that’s not the reason the fluid is produced.

Drink more water if you’re concerned.

No way!. I never produce it unless I’ve got a raging hard-on. But have noticed since doing pe that pre-cum comes up to the surface a lot faster, subsequently followed by ejaculation. I use it as an indicator.

As far as supplements go, pygeum is a good one, as well as pumpkin seed oil. I’ve been taking these and have noticed a big increase in “pre”. I started taking these to increase my load size. That hasn’t happened, But if I’m hard, I’m leaking. Good luck to you, and happy pecker tracks!

I used to take lecithin some time ago. I remember I was producing a lot of precum. In fact I’ll start to take GNC Triple Lecithin today. Choline is the secret.

Apparently precum is similar stuff to pussy juice and women say it tastes similar.

I wouldn’t mind dripping a little bit more precum, I’ve heard the horny goat weed thing also but never tried it out.

I definitely produce a lot if I’m doing something like edging and also if something arouses me and it then subsides. The second scenario happens a lot when my girlfriend is around, and all the leakage really is quite annoying sometimes.
