While infrequent and non-habit forming porn is not as bad as habitual, addictive use, porn still stimulates dopamine production and release regardless of what happens when its being seen. In your clothes, or dick out hard stroking edging, the dopamine is being used. Gambling, drinking, shopping, sex, certain things trigger dopamine and the more it is associated with that activity, the more it becomes detrimental. Porn makes a man’s brain light up the same as a gambler’s brain when they are at the Blackjack table. Not all men are wired the same. Some men can get by on a little porn here and there. Light use, like some pictures or something like that, stirs some feelings. But an hour of porn with serious edging and a big release at the end is a dopamine excursion similar to a gambler sweating it out over the roulette table. I say this because I used porn every time I did PE and pumped. Without doubt, it was on. I relied on it to get hard. I’d stand at the screen, stroke, get hard, and then walk 10 steps to the sink to get in my pump. As months rolled on I’d be limp by the time I got to the pump. So I’d have to hurry. This was a clear sign the porn was ruining my EQ and it eventually led to ED with my wife. I’d get hard in seconds on porn.
