There are a couple ways to do this, one mentally which I cannot do (and you bring up and can do) and another, got to through physical monitoring of the process of orgasm, which I have learned to do.

Whatever works.

I may be wrong, but “chi” to me in this context is the rapid influx of prolactin. Avoid that and you may be good to go repeatedly, for a long time.

Well, I tried that. And felt nothing but warm palms, caused by the friction. I am not knocking the theory, only suggesting that there are a couple ways, at least, to get to where some of us want to be sometimes.

Keep working on your theory. We all learn good things through experimentation, so long as we don’t damage ourselves in the process. Sometimes we learn a lot that way, too.

To me:
ORGASM = PLESURE = SURF = HAWAII => ORGASM = HAWAII

We are talking about two different type of orgasm:
- The one you are talking about you only feel on you genital area. The feeling of a controled orgasm isn´t intense as the ones without worrying about anything.
- It is much more intence when you can get to spread the feeling of the orgasm to your whole body. you will not have your mind woring to monitoring, while you suppose to enjoying it.
