Painful urination after ejaculation

Sometimes I have to urinate after masturbating - if I do, it always tends to hurt a bit. Not excruciating, just a very uncomfortable - a minor stinging. It’s been like that my whole life, but since I’m on this forum I thought I would see if anyone else experiences the same sensation.

I always imagined it was the acidity of the urine getting into the seminal valve/tube before it’s completely switched off to normal pee mode.

That’s what’s happening, bigger; different ph. Your ejaculate is base, your urine acidic. The urine causes a burning sensation in the urethra. Common experience for many of us.

The saying was if it hurts when you pee yeah got VD go on sick call and get treated immediately

it’s definitely not a VD - like I said, it’s hurt all my life and I’ve been tested for VDs several times.

If it hurts everytime you urinate then it’s most likely VD.

The fact it’s after ejaculation is nothing to worry about, I get the same thing and brought my concerns to a doctor a while ago, did the tests and everything came back normal.

I sometimes get an inflamed prostate gland if I masturbate too much, it means I really feel I need to pee but just can’t go no matter how hard I try. Ibuprofen clears it up.
