Painful ejaculation

Painful ejaculation

About a week ago, I experienced pain while ejaculating. Here’s how it happened. I had not ejaculated for a few days prior to that. Then I was edging. Since I was extremely horny, I was ready to blow my load immediately, but I decided to torture myself as much as possible (because that’s what edging for curing premature ejaculation is all about). I could feel that my genital organs and lower abdomen were desperate to ejaculate. I have learned how to stop the stimulation right at the point of no return, relax a bit and then continue. So I’ve done this a couple of times. I think that I stimulated myself a bit also in the day before, but didn’t ejaculate. When I finally “opened the floodgate”, I ejaculated very large quantities of ejaculate and felt pain with each ejaculatory squirt. The pain was in the urethra, it was like the ejaculate was scraping the walls of the urethra. From that day, this has repeated a few times, especially this morning (again, after a few days without ejaculation). I searched the net hoping to find some answers, but without much success. Guys who experienced pain similar to mine also reported that their ejaculate contained some yellow jello like clumps. I haven’t noticed that in my ejaculate. As I got more worried, I wanted to check if this would happen again, so I masturbated and ejaculated twice more today, roughly about an hour after the first ejaculation was the second one, and then the third an hour later. I felt no pain these two times. It may be interesting to notice that I “managed” to “produce” quite a lot of ejaculate for my third ejaculation. While edging for the past year, I’ve discovered that most of the ejaculate’s content is actually fluid produced by the prostate. It seems that every time you get close to ejaculating, prostate makes some of it. So, when I edged today just an hour after first two ejaculations, by stopping right at the point of no return for a few times, I produced some more ejaculate. They say that painful ejaculation is a sign of prostatithis. If my prostate is the cause of this, then why didn’t I feel pain when I ejaculated for the second two times?

Also, much of the time (especially after ejaculating) I feel something like heat somewhere around the tip of my penis. It’s a very mild discomfort, I can ignore it.
I am somewhat reluctant to visit an urologist about this, because my experience with them hasn’t been very positive. Whatever my discomfort may be, they always want to do the damn test with the little tube (or whatever it is) being pushed in my penis. I’ve done that test once in my life, and I have no desire to repeat that experience ever again. There is no way that I could be infected with an STD or any of the sexually transmitted bacteria, because I have never had intercourse without a condom, and it never broke. In fact, I don’t even have much sexual experience.

I’ve read that non typical pain in the urethra (and quite a few other discomforts in the genital region) aren’t easy to explain, so before I run to the doctor who’ll push the damn tube in my dick, and probably won’t give me any definitive explanation of my troubles, I’d like to hear some opinions here. Have any of you guys experienced something similar?
Should I just wait and hope that it passes?
Should I wait until I see my new acupuncturist later in November? Maybe the Chinese medicine has some explanation of my problem…

Okay I will let you know what I think of your situation.

First I have had sensitivity in my testicles and lower abdomen when I dont ejaculate for days and days and have taken a lot of pygeum, saw palmetto and Arginmax products.

Second, pain in the uretha could be a bladder infection unrelated to sex.

Third the thick yellowy ejaculate can be lack of water, change of diet or an infection your system.

Fourth, its probably not prostatitis if you dont have pain on ejac #3, 4 and 5.

Fifth, the clear liquidity stuff you describe before ejacuation is pre-cum produced by the Cowpers Gland, if I understand you correctly.

Good luck and see your doctor for a standard antibiotic or start by drinking lots of cranberry juice, the acidity will do wonders for a bladder.

You all are still missing the point... The story was great and all but should have ass (and) some anal in it.- RWG

I don’t have a bladder infection. A month ago I gave my urin for an analysys and it turned out negative to any bacteria. I thought I might have an infection, because I felt some mild burning for a month, but, more or less, that has passed.

I hope you understood that I don’t have “the thick yellowy ejaculate”.

I’m glad you think it’s not prostatitis.

As for this “the clear liquidity stuff you describe before ejacuation” - where did I mention that???

I might try cranberry juice.

Since you didn’t mention any pre-cum production, that may be a factor in the pain. Normally, the lining of the urethra has a lower (acidic) PH because of the urine which passes frequently through it. When you ejaculate, those seminal fluids are quite a bit more alkaline (non-acidic). It is not at all uncommon for the rapid introduction of the alkaline fluids into an acidic environment to cause a chemical reaction along the urethral lining that results in a painful ejaculation.

The Cowper’s glands produce the clear and alkaline fluid, pre-cum, which first coats the urethra before the ejaculation arrives. No more acidic environment. If you are not first producing pre-cum before you ejaculate, pain could be the result. Since you had subsequent ejaculations not too far apart which were not painful, it’s likely that your urethral lining was still mostly alkaline from the seminal fluids you shot from the previous event(s). If this is happening, it is not something to worry about. Next time work yourself up to ejaculation more slowly and see if you don’t get some pre-cum production.

What 789 tells you is real common for most of us. If we have gone for some time without an ejaculation, the first one after the “drought” can sting some and can be a sort of so-so orgasm, too.

Hmm this is interesting. I think that I did produce pre-cum, I always do. Maybe there wasn’t enough of it for the very large post-edging ejaculation afterwards?

But I’m glad that this isn’t something that nobody experienced besides me. I already thought that this might be a serious health problem.

HOWEVER, this is difficult to describe, but lately I sometimes feel a moment of pain in the urethra, not while urinating or anything, and the feeling is like… as if there is some sort of “mechanical damage” in the urethra. Again, this is not a big pain, but it happens.

Don’t know, Nemanja. But if you’re clear of any urinary tract infection and prostate infection, it’s probably one of those acid/alkaline imbalances or doing something irritating you’re doing in your PE routine.

Well, what test(s) can I make to check the possible prostate infection?

I am not PEing, so it can’t be that.

And it feels like my urethra has been somehow hurt, I sometimes now feel slight pain on the right side of it, as if it was scratched by something. And when I urinate, if I do a reverse kegel to increase the urin pressure, I feel it as well.

I’ll wait until that feeling completely passes before I ejaculate again. If the pain then returns, I’ll go see a doctor.
