I’ve failed miserably these past two days.. Looking at porn and edging, but no orgasm so I guess my resolve is still there for that. Mainly just looking at porn out of boredom. I need to find something to occupy my time.

It did nothing to help improve my EQ at all.

I exercise already, I don’t do drugs etc, so I’m unsure on how to improve it!

I stayed without porn, masturbation and orgasm for 21 days, this weekend I haved sex with my wife, best sex ever, my sexual life it’s 10 or maybe 100 times better.

I gave up porn and masturbation, maybe after my 90 days off I will do (masturbation) for PE purposes.

I’m actually on a self improvement journey and reprogramming my mind by eliminating bad habits and installing new healthy ones.

my strategy is based on the fact that the brain needs aprox. 30 days to get used to new behaviors and over time the brain forms new structures and it becomes an automated process.
in my case it’s staying away from porn,stop drinking coffee,don’t smoke, doing something social every day, working not more than 8 hours every day and more.

the thing that had the biggest impact on my overall well being was quitting coffee!!
I was a coffee junkie and drinking coffee gave me emotional up and downs throughout the day. in the evening I was always completely exhausted with depressions and I craved for emotionally intense things like smoking,masturbating with porn,eating tasty unhealthy foods….
stopping caffeine intake(no coffee,no soft drinks) was very tough because I was addicted, but now being caffeine free I don’t have those emotional shifts anymore and it helps tremendously to focus on long term goals such es PE,no porn and a healthy lifestyle.

for me the combination of being caffeine free + the 30days trick is working very well.
