Hello everyone, hope you’re starting 2023 with the right foot forward.

So, if you consider yourself a porn addict you probably know that one of the worst things that porn can do to you is erectile dysfunction. And the main way to recover from this is to stop, porn, masturbation, ending and orgasms completely for a while.
Right now I’m doing this, I’m trying to have only sexual pleasure with my partner, and not in any other way, but I want to make my dick bigger, and there is some edging involved in jelking (at least for me).

Do you think it’s gonna be counterproductive to do PE exercises while I’m trying to recover from porn-induced ED through not watching at porn, not masturbating or not edging for a long time ?
I’m supposed to reset my mind about how does it feel when my dick gets touched, and I’m not sure if jelquing would help whit that since it’s some kind of edging for me. What do you think?

I have also been thinking about if is actually better to start with the exercises (I feel like always is advised to start PE whit manual exercises). But if you think about how each method works, it sound counterintuitive. Extenders work by making cells reproduce and that’s what supposed to create new tissue. Exercises work by creating micro-damage in the existing tissue and then the healing of that tear creates new space to allow more blood inside the penis.
I think if you start using excesses an then the extender this last one will work mostly to “dissolve” that hardened scar tissue instead of creating new one.
