Red like bumps, spots, area on the head of penis.definitely not an STD, need advice

Hi. A few months back I noticed a small red dot on the head of my penis, then today I noticed a larger one. These look kind of like a rug burn and in some times are barely noticeable and other times they are very noticeable. I put some ointment on them today but I am just wondering what they are. There are not a STD, that’s out of the question. No sex with girlfriend in a while, girlfriend is clean, this is not the case. I am wondering if they are like friction burns or something.

Any advice or solutions?

You overdid it from PE?

As aom91 suggests. You have been working out too hard on your penis.

Whatever you are doing (It helps if you tell us) stop. and give it a few days rest. Then when you restart taken it more , much more easily Ie less pressure jelqing and less pull on stretching etc.

But do give it time to heal and the spots go.
