RED SPOTS on my HEAD

Hi Everyone,

I just starting Jelqing at the beginning of this week. After my 1st session, I noticed that my dick was black and blue and sore. I gave it a day rest and feel much better. I have notice over the past few days that I have DARK RED spots on the head of my penis. Is this normal? Should I continue…or give it a couple days to recoup?

Hey JD,

Sounds to me like you are getting a little over aggressive there. Take it easy at first and add time and intensity gradually. Beating the hell out of your cock is only going to slow down your gains, or keep them from happening at all. Take a couple of days off and then start again with a more realistic workout.
